We want you to be confident in your purchase. If TNC FlipBook 3D does not work for you, we will refund it.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase, no questions asked. This applies to:

  • The main TNC FlipBook 3D plugin (annual and lifetime)
  • All paid addons
  • The All Access pass

If you are past the 7-day window, we generally cannot offer a refund, but we will always try to help you get the plugin working. Reach out before assuming a refund is off the table.

2. How to request a refund

Email cs@tncflipbook.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number or the license key. You do not need to explain why, but if something specific went wrong we would appreciate the feedback so we can improve. Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days and appear on your card or PayPal account within 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.

3. License renewals

Annual licenses auto-renew so your updates and support do not lapse. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account at tncflipbook.com.

  • Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund a charge that has already happened.

4. What is not covered

A few cases where we cannot issue a refund:

  • Repeated refund requests on the same product or account
  • Purchases older than 7 days where the product has been actively used (support tickets opened, license activated on production sites for an extended period)
  • Bundles or addons purchased separately after a refund on the main plugin, where the intent appears to be circumventing the policy

We treat the 7-day window as a real promise, not a trap. We rarely decline a good-faith request inside it.

5. Lifetime plans

Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 7-day refund window. After 7 days, the lifetime plan is final. You keep access to updates and support for the lifetime of the product.

6. Chargebacks

Please email us before filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. We can almost always resolve the issue faster than a dispute, and a chargeback locks the license so we cannot continue providing service until it is reversed.
