TNC FlipBook and its associated add‑ons are developed and owned by ThemeNcode LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

2. Products and Licensing

  • The main TNC FlipBook plugin is exclusively sold through CodeCanyon (Envato Market). All purchases there are subject to Envato’s license terms (Regular License and Extended License) and Envato’s general terms of service.
  • Any add‑ons sold on TNCFlipBook.com may be licensed directly from us. Unless otherwise stated, these follow the same use restrictions as Envato’s Regular License.
  • You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use our plugin/add‑ons in accordance with the purchased license.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share our products without written permission from ThemeNcode LLC.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • Main Plugin: All sales, billing, and licensing are processed via CodeCanyon/Envato.
  • Add‑ons: Payments made directly on our website are processed through secure third‑party gateways. ThemeNcode LLC does not store your payment details.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for the main plugin are handled according to Envato’s Refund Policy. Visit Envato Refund Policy for details.
  • Add‑ons purchased directly from our site are generally non‑refundable, except in cases where:
  • The product is proven to be defective, and
  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

5. Support and Updates

  • Each purchase via CodeCanyon includes 6 months of free support, with the option to extend support through Envato.
  • Updates for the main plugin are provided free via CodeCanyon while Envato licensing remains valid.
  • Add‑on purchases from our site include 1 year of updates and support, unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • TNC FlipBook is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

ThemeNcode LLC is not liable for:

  • Incompatibilities with third‑party themes, plugins, or hosting environments.
  • Loss of data, site downtime, security breaches, or business interruptions caused directly or indirectly by the use of our products.
  • You assume full responsibility for ensuring backups and testing before deploying on a live site.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke licenses and/or deny access to updates or support if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution or misuse of our products.

8. Governing Law
