Do staging, development, or localhost sites count against my license?

No. Local sites (localhost, .local, .test) and common staging subdomains (staging., dev.) are recognized automatically and don’t consume a site activation. Your license quota is only used by live production sites, so you can build and test freely.

Are the addons really included, or do I pay extra?

Everything is included. All 7 page builder addons (Elementor, Divi, Avada, WPBakery, Beaver Builder, Bricks, Gutenberg), the Bookshelf addon, AI Read Aloud, interactive hotspots, WooCommerce gating, Self Hosted Analytics, Chatbot, SEO and every other feature come with every premium plan. There are no paid addons, no feature gates between tiers, and no surprise upsells after checkout.

(Worth knowing: most flipbook plugins sell WooCommerce, Bookshelf, or page builder support as separate paid addons on top of the license price. We don’t.)

What's your refund policy?

Can I use my license on client sites?

Yes, you can! Just note that each license is valid for only one active site. You retain the license in your account and have the flexibility to deactivate it on one site and move the activation to a new client site via your dashboard whenever you need to.

How does AI Read Aloud work? Do I need my own API key?

You can start immediately with free browser-based voices, no API key needed. For premium natural-sounding voices, connect your own API key from any of 5 supported providers: Google, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Azure, or Amazon Polly. You pay the provider directly at their rates and keep full control of usage. This means no per-word markup from us and no monthly voice quota to worry about.

Can I sell access to my flipbooks?

Yes, this is built in. With WooCommerce integration you can lock any flipbook behind a purchase, so customers buy access to your magazine, course material, or catalog and read it instantly on your site without being able to download or share the file. Combine it with watermarks, download protection, and password gating for full control over paid content. You can display X number of pages as preview. and lock the remaining with purchase validation.

Is TNC FlipBook accessible and multilingual?

Yes. The viewer includes screen reader support with ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, skip links, focus indicators, high contrast support, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. The interface translates into 20+ languages and fully supports RTL reading order for Arabic, Hebrew, and other right-to-left languages.
