Bringing documents to life
We believe a document should be an experience, not a download. Flat PDFs bury great content — so we built a tool that gives every page depth, motion and interactivity, without a single line of code.
Our goal is simple: make the most realistic, fastest and most accessible flipbook technology available to anyone with a WordPress site.
It began as a PDF viewing solution for Internet Explorer. We wanted the feeling of holding a real book, on the web.

Our journey
From a small idea to thousands of sites
Twelve years of shipping, one release at a time.
The beginning
Launched PDF viewer for WordPress as a solution to viewing PDFs on Internet Explorer Browser, keeping the simplicity of management and UX in mind.
Going interactive
Introduced FlipBook in place of just a PDF viewer to ensure an even playful, interactive reading experience. Links and bookmarks inside the PDF start working, search reads the actual text, and readers can jump straight to a specific page from a shared URL.
Protection and control
Password protection, print and download blocking, watermarks and role based access arrive through the WP File Access Manager integration. Membership sites and WooCommerce stores can finally gate a document properly.
TNC FlipBook Classic
The original plugin gets its own home at tncflipbook.com/classic and a name to match. Read Aloud, 100+ toolbar languages, unlimited flipbooks with no file size cap, six color schemes, and builder addons for Elementor, Divi, WPBakery and Avada. Ten thousand active installs and a decade of five star reviews on CodeCanyon behind it.
TNC FlipBook 3D
A ground up rebuild, not an update. Real 3D page geometry with depth and shadow, interactive video and audio hotspots, AI voice Read Aloud, fillable PDF forms, WooCommerce gating, watermarks, seven color schemes with light and dark mode, and accessibility tools built into the core. Images work as sources now, not only PDFs. A free Lite edition lands on WordPress.org the same year, and Classic keeps running for everyone who prefers it.

Abdul Awal co-founded TNC FlipBook in 2014 and has directed it ever since, from a single WordPress plugin to a suite of publishing tools serving more than 9,000 customers. His position has not changed in a decade: a document is not a file to be delivered, it is something to be read.
